    No mites can be seen. We spent hours cleaning out the coop today, checking chickens and only my 2 cochins and 1 blk aussie has feathers missing on necks.

    So far only my cochin is showing signs around the neck, and we just wormed all 13 with fenbendazole, March 22-24, so I am wondering if it will be safe to use Ivomec pour on too? What dose?

    Stumped on Feather Loss/Damage. I've Tried Everything I Can Think Of. Help Needed.

    I have 13 chickens and and it sounds as though this is what is going on with 1 of my cochin hens. Did you resolve this? How? E We are in Northern Michigan and it is still cold here. I have started treating her for mites, etc with a spray I picked up at TSC but I don't see see anything on her.

    My birds moult in fall. We live in northern Michigan. I have never had my birds mount in Spring. The rest of her feathers are intact , smooth and beautiful. All other chickens feathers are intact and beautiful.
