    Thank you for your reply. I’m a bit more concerned today, she keeps closing her eyes half way. Going to try what we can at home but might need antibiotics from the vet. She’s an Olive Egger. And I’m pretty sure she was in the bigger birds’ oyster shells for the white on her beak lol

    Just noticed this on an almost 10 week old pullet’s beak. Could this be an abscess? She looks a bit pale too (but also hard for me to tell because she hasn’t started to pink up yet). Eating, drinking, keeping up with the flock. Any insight is appreciated

    Thank you very much, I will look into added vitamins and nutrients right away. If anything, she would pick at the others lol. I’ve never seen the “boys” peck at her.
