    Oh no no i didnt file her beak that deep, just the tip. She was very distressed about it but i had to file her beak tip because she was already having problems to grab her food.     It is soft also it does feels like normal skin.

    Hello, thanks for answer. That would be a spontaneous malformation. I should have added that she didn't have that protuberance yesterday.
