I currently have Blue, Blue Copper, Black and Splash Marans, and Blue and Blue Splash Ameraucana chickens. I am currently raising crosses and pure chicks from the original birds. I obtained them in TN when I lived there several years ago from different breeders. I have had chickens for most of the past 30 years, different breeds, mostly easter eggers, some banties, etc. I've tried different kinds of birds, turkeys, ducks, geese, but end up feeding the critters with my efforts more often than not. Since moving back to Missouri tho, I was able to build a pretty tight coop that has kept out almost every predator so far in the past 5 years. Hoping to build another soon.
