    Thanks everyone. We cleaned them off and fed apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon per gallon plus a dab of vegetable oil on the vent. All better now.

    Sorry if post title is a bit crude. We just purchased our second batch of chicks. This group seems to be different from our first in that they have poop sticking and then drying to their butt. I tried to gently remove it but it is solidly stuck on them. I am concerned that they will build up...

    My white hen is laying off white eggs. She is so pose to lay green ones! Why is this? She's a anaconda I think. White with side burns.

    Have two hen's, almost a year ago, I saved rooster lost in woods. He would of not made it thru night.i caught one hen pecking the other hen after they got to the top of coop for the night. The rooster took one of the hen's spot.why
