The backyard has been scattered with this poop and it looks different. The white part is tinted with pink and the brown part is a blackish-grey color. Are they sick? Should i treat them with anything?

if its for a short time, you can just feed them scraps (corn, hard boiled egg, bread, veggies, greens, fruit....etc.) and they will do just fine. just make sure you keep up on the protien!
