how to get chickens in coop
After some trial and error i conditioned my chickens to run after bread treats. I throw the bread into the coop and they usually run after it. There is always one that gets confused then I need my husband to herd while I grab her. The hens give me a hard time if it's still too light outside...- emma

FINALLY! My first egg! I knew it! I knew it! I knew it!
Yea!!! I am happy for you. I had my first eggs last week. Brown eggs and green.I am a new mom to 10 hens. My question to anybody out there in Chicken land. How long do I have to get my eggs inside the refrigerator? I let my hens free range in the day time and sometimes they lay their eggs...- emma
