Hi guys, Recently got this baby from our neighbors. I’m not sure how old he/she is, I’m thinking 2-3 months? What do you think, rooster or hen?

Thank you all so much!! Would it be better to give him back to the neighbor until he is of age? Not sure if that would make it harder in the future to join my flock. My hens are free range so I may need to go to tractor supply to get him a large run. I feel so bad for the poor little guy!

Just noticed this morning my chickens comb is half way off, its not dangling, but separated from her head. There's some dried blood on her head but other than that she seems okay, doesn't seem in pain and acting normal. I've read I should cut it off, but I just can't bring myself to do it...
