Very disappointed my emu layed 24 eggs the male is setting on 17 and I'm hatching the rest it's way over the time limit for hatching none have hatched but he's still setting should I take the eggs away from him and is there a market for unhatched emu eggs- emu3

New to this but I have a question I have a male emu setting on 4 eggs layed at different times over two wks should I let him keep setting or try to incubate some or all of them- emu3
