    I just posted something similar. Same thing they just lay there most of the time. I had mine on medicated feed too. I read that can affect their leg muscle development. I took them off medicated feed. Hoping mine bounce back like yours did.

    Yeah I just figured the leghorn has very dominant genes in this case since she looks exactly like a leghorn except for the small specs. She even hangs around with my other 2 leghorns so I sometimes have to do a double take to find her. She's the one on the right.

    Got simple one. Does it matter if the rooster or the hen is the blue egg layer when making olive eggers? I'll like the rooster to be the blue egg layer to give me more options for crosses on the hen side. Leghorn, welsummer, maran or pure (same breed as rooster) options.
