I have the exact same breed and I couldn’t figure it out either but I’m gonna bet it’s a boy! Mine looked exactly like that. But the reason I say it’s a boy is because of the neck feathers. You can see the tail starting to come in too. Mine was as I suspected, a rooster. Everyone else said it...
