I know when my ducks have injured legs that’s the first thing I do. I’m not sure if the seat would help her stand again but it would relieve pressure of her sitting on her legs constantly.
Have you tried soaking her legs in warm epsom salt water? Somewhere in this thread someone posted a pdf about making a seat for chickens that cant stand. I’ll see if I can find it.
My hen is having trouble walking. She will throw her leg straight out, then step and she’s limping on that leg. I can’t find anything wrong with it, feels fine, she’s eating/drinking fine. Any ideas?

It may just be a slow developer. One thing I didn’t realize about my incubator is the thermostat is not reliable. Any time I hatch eggs I put in a digital thermometer with humidity gauge. I had a couple eggs start developing and then died. I found out the uneven temp and humidity caused it.
Sorry I didn’t answer all of your questions. He’s a young rooster, about a year or so. This is the third day he’s been like this. Last night I put neosporin and Vaseline on his feet. Today he came out of the coop, yesterday he didn’t. He’s also been in a fight with my other rooster 4 days ago.
