    That’s true and good to know. Thankfully this morning her beak was scabbed over. I let her out of the carrier and she’s acting normal, albeit a bit sluggish. I observed her eating too :) there she is just as she pulled her head out of the feeder.

    Thanks for th reassurance! I hear both ends of the spectrum- they need to acclimate or they’ll be fine. I think the fact they’re choosing to be out in the breeze speaks for itself :) all 6 are out now so not much I can do about that anyway!
