I'm interested in building this coop as I've been reading Dr. Woods' book and understand the design benefits. Do you sell your plans? I'm in Tennessee so my concerns are more for heat than cold. I was thinking about modifying the coop so I can open the top 8-10" of wall above the roosting bars...
Thanks for posting this. I'm also out in the country in Wilson County, TN. The hoops I had to go through to build a horse barn were nuts. It was like building a house!!!!!! Glad to hear there's no permit requirement. Where did you go to find out you need a zoning permit?
