    This is our 4-year-old rooster. He is half Brahma, half Buff Orpington. It took me a long time to figure out that he wasn't a hen too. :)

    Not seeing sickle feathers on Phyllis' neck, so I'm hoping she is a hen. We will still keep her even if she turns out to be a rooster. She is my favorite. Thanks for the advice.

    So Phyllis looks like a girl? She must be more developed than the other two hens.

    The other 2 pullets don't have so much red going on their faces. Also, I noticed that Phyllis has some dark feathers coming in on her tail.
