    I had to go out of town for the weekend and now I’m back and finally able to get hands on her. The bump has grown in size and appears to have a bruising look to it. Still firm. I put a warm compress on it and tried to express it to no avail. I’m starting to wonder if she needs vet intervention...

    I was able to get ahold of her this evening (she’s one of my more feral ones) and put hands on it. It feels firm and has been growing in size. The original picture was from a few days ago. Here’s an updated picture.

    Hello! One of my hens has developed this swelling above her eye. It does not seem to be painful and she only has the one. Does anybody have any idea what this may be? Any recommendations on treatment would be greatly appreciated!
