Can an NPIP breeder buy eggs from a non-NPIP breeder or farm?
And if so...
Would the chicks from those eggs be considered NPIP because they were hatched by incubators on an NPIP farm/breeder's location?
Hey everyone. I have a handsome Black Satin Silkie Rooster, but as he's grown up he's developed pretty "red/gold" stripes around his neck. I've always assumed he's just a black satin with red leakage. What are your thoughts?
