Hen not laying in nesting box
I had a hen not lay in the nesting boxes and she keeps running away to lay her egg. 🤬 its frustrating. I bought these extra nesting boxes and placed them strategically around the yard hoping it helps with her disappearing. They seem to attract their attention. What did you do with your flock today?
My son loves to help our flock get some exercise 🤣 He runs through the yard with the tree at bag and it looks like it's straight from a cartoon with them chasing him. Makes for a good morning show with coffee.- FarmerChickieMammy

Bumble foot got worse
I would soak the foot daily. About 10-15 minutes. I had someone suggested to me an organic salve called "Prid" for bumble foot. Sold at most retail stores. The brand is Hylands.
