We bought a book called An Absolute Beginner's Guide to Keeping Backyard Chickens and read a note from one of the contributors about this being a great community to learn from since we just got us 4 new girls from the local tractor supply store. We plan on buying 4 more soon and its been fun so far building their new home and the learning experience. I think everybody should own chickens so we can go back to the days of fresh ingredients and fresh food. Thank you for having such a great place
