This will keep happening and get worse the more roosters grow up and reach maturity. Too many roosters leads to injuries in the hens.- FarmerKayy

Poor flock has been plucked by too many roosters!
Oh no! Poor girls.. I do not know what you should do about washing them but I think in this case being in a small area temporarily is a better alternative than what they were in. At least they can heal. Thank you for helping them!- FarmerKayy

can a chick be raised alone?
It's not ideal but when I was a kid I raised one chick by himself from a chick to a full grown beautiful rooster. He was the absolute best chicken I have ever had. He never lost his love for me even when he was in a large coop with 10+ hens to himself. It takes a lot of time and attention but it...- FarmerKayy

Turken Naken Necks (EW!)
I am so happy to have found some NN eggs from someone local and have them in the incubator now. Where I live it gets up to 120 in the summer so the heat hardiness is a must but I have wanted one since discovering them! I think they're great in they're own weirdo way haha- FarmerKayy

Not lockdown yet but chicks pipped...
I totally blew it once and forgot to go into lockdown. Time just got away from me. Anyways it didn't ruin my hatching! They should be ok if you are quick and gentle. You can still candle just be quick and get the humidity up. Good luck!- FarmerKayy

Wondering what breed Kody the rooster is
Thank you everyone for your input! I think he does look a whole lot like the red sex link. I wasn't even supposed to get any roosters but this guy snuck in there. I love him though. Very good protector of his group of girls! Sweet as can be also. I'm glad he snuck on through ❤️- FarmerKayy

How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?
