She is brown with some black lacing, she was chipmunk coloring as a chick. And yes she lays green.

Yes they will be barred I’m just used to the normal cream legbar coloring which is more the chipmunk, not black 😂. I’m trying to figure out why with what should have been full legbar I didn’t get the usual coloring!

I have three cream legbar hens and one American hen that are covered by a cream legbar roo. How did I get black chicks hatching?? I have other eggs hatching but I watched this little one hatch so I know they came from a green egg. I’m so confused haha!!

I have enough Roos that if you lived close by I’d probably be willing to part with him 😂. But I’m excited to see if he passes on his pretty coloring!!

I inherited this beautiful boy from a friend and she didn’t know what breed he is. My best guess is a Silver Laced Wyandotte because he has the rose comb and dark legs. But he doesn’t have white through his whole body (maybe because he is only 10 months old??). Thoughts?
