Two days ago I found my silkie hen with her eye swollen. It’s is closed and I see that she is rubbing her eye on her feathers which has caused them to matte. I tried as much as I could to put a warm compress on it but it is not helping. She is not coughing nor wheezing and is still very active...
I have Delaware, Silkies, Bantams, some mixed breeds, Wood Ducks, Mallards, Rouens and just hatched my first Turkeys but I also raise Turkins, which I love.
