    Hawk attack, back of neck

    I hope your girl is doing well. This happened to one of mine a few years ago. Neck looked very similar. I poured peroxide on her neck and she healed up just fine and lived several more years.

    Thank you for accepting me into your group. I have had chickens for about 11 years and currently have a flock of twelve including Brahma, Cochlin, and Silkies, and a couple of ducks. I am also a quilter, thus the name of Featherweight, (Singer). Look forward to reading your forums.
