    Thanks for the posts. That makes me feel a little better and I never thought of actually going to check out the persons place asking for the roo. I'll give it a few days so I can find him a good home. Thanks for helping. Steve

    I have been lurking for sometime now and have learned a lot of things. In February I purchased my first chicks (Rhode Island Reds) and they are all very healthy and happy as far as I can tell. But I live in the city and local ordinance dictates that you cannot have roosters within city limits...
