Even when my dog was on heat she did not wear panties - just got exiled to the concrete verandah - which was easy to mop.
She did wear coats in winter, cause she was a little short haired Jack Russell and felt the cold. :hugs
Took some Geranium cuttings and potted them up.
Planted some Lilac tree (White cedar) seeds, and some capsicum seeds. And some seeds from the vine my Mum has growing over her potting bench - no idea what it is called, but I like it.
These days at our Sports Club the students come to try and the schools make sure they have hats and water bottles - but do not seem to use Sunscreen.
While those of us who were roasted in the late 60s early 70s - now have a pump bottle of Sunscreen in the Clubhouse and make sure each other uses it.
Good afternoon everyone.
A sunny day here, but the wind is getting up.
Done some taking of cuttings and potting them up.
Will need to put the chicken on to Roast for tea tonight soon.
As mealworms just keep breeding wild on the floors of my avairies, as long as I keep some moisture and some husk - I don't take much notice - the finches and quail eat what they want and leave the spare to keep on breeding.
Being taken to the river for an end of School year picnic at 13 - we all went in the School's bus, and no one wore hats or sunscreen and we got badly sunburnt - was a tradition - because 2 yrs later my sis went through exactly the same.
Talk about responsible School staff - not. :he
This time of year I also have the mice sneaking into the avairies.
Because the avairies have dirt floors, Hubby made me a tool to churn up the dirt so their tunnels cave in and bury them.
Traps with peanut butter or sultanas work best.
