    Yea I do those too... just looking for an additional treat like scratch but without the cracked corn... Thanks!

    I have 6 backyard hens and they're all 1 year old... I feed them a 15% organic layer feed, but I like to give them a scoop of scratch in the mornings as a treat and to quiet them down lol... my problem is that it seems like they don't like the cracked corn in the scratch and they eat everything...

    Thank you so much! She is not over weight and her crop seems normal and she is eating and drinking normally... she is however the only hen doing this and the weather is on the cooler side so I don't think she is over heating,

    Thank you, she is 1 year old, I just noticed today so I'm not sure if she's laying, no raspy / wheezy, no nasal or ocular discharge... I can just tell that she isn't acting "normal" and seems like she isn't feeling good... any suggestions? I wanna be on top of things so she doesn't get worse...

    I have a speckeled Sussex who I just noticed has a little bit of a poopie butt... She is breathing with her mouth open and lifting her wings away from her body slightly... it is about 75° outside and the other chickens seem fine, but she seems a little lethargic... I live in Southern...
