    Thanks for reply, yes we have quite young Australorp rooster named Pingu, he is very sweet but very big as well compared to our Welsummer hen which is the one that got hurt, didn’t know you could trim their nails thanks for advice😊

    i wanted to isolate her but my mom put her back in the coop with everybody, she is her usual talkative self and I’m not sure if it’s healing or if it has become infected as I suspect her to have dust bathed in their coop which could’ve gotten into the wound (Sorry couldn’t get better picture...
