    We picked up our first chicks 3 weeks ago. They are now almost 7 weeks old. Not sure exactly what we have, but they are supposed to be buff orpingtons and RIR's. The "eyeliner" on two of them looks like and "easter egger"? Any ways, were very excited.

    7 wk olds scratching alot

    I've noticed our 7 wk old chicks scratching themselves alot. They also have some bald spots under the wings. I know they are getting they're feathers not sure if that has anything to do with it or might there be something else? Thanks
