Here are the pictures. It seems like it still can’t turn, but is kicking and breaking quite a bit of the shell off and cracked the other side. There’s a noticeable difference in the size of the hole now compared to a few hours ago! He/she’s breathing well and seems more comfortable.
No, I’ve kept the chick in the shell as much as possible. At the moment, I’m just chipping away little bits of dried membrane and shell every few hours when he/she seems stuck and keeping it as moist as I can without opening the incubator every couple of hours.
