Got back from my trip and fired up the incubator. Let it run overnight. The 40 watters would not get the temps over 94. Changed to 60s and the temp wont get over 97. It took the 60s over 6 hours to bring it from 94 to 97 so I think tomorrow I am gonna throw 100s in it. I have noticed...
Hello all. I started up the homemade incubator today but I am concerned with the smell. I put 2 coats of polyurethane on it about a week ago and it still smells. Is it gonna be a problem?

kingmt: thanks for the info. That is why I mounted the thermostat to the electric box. It is supposed to help. I will be out of town for a couple of days then I am gonna fire it up and see what happens.
