Hi, yes it is 3" fence post that was Laying around not being used, I drew my specs I cut it notched it and welded it together. I killed 2 birds with one stone and made it multipurpose, one side is for chickens and the other side is for rabbit hanging. Thanks for noticeing.- FOUAD
