Pullets or Cockerels??? Thanks for your help!

Hi Everyone! One of my hens hatched 10 chicks from fertilized eggs I obtained from another flock on June 29, 2024. So, they're about 5 weeks old. All eggs were collected on the same day from a large flock, so they should all be different mothers. There were 4 white eggs, 3 light brown eggs...

Spider Plant Pups Are Dieing. Please Help!

You could also set them in another pot of dirt nearby while still attached to the mother plant. This mimics what would happen in nature. Once they set strong roots in the new pot you can cut them off from the mother. Good luck!!

    Standard Cochin Pullets?

Aw! They"re beautiful! Yes, the differences in your birds are much more obvious at this point. Thanks for sharing... I think pictures like that are really helpful for newbies like me who are trying to see the differences but aren't sure of exactly what to look for.

    Standard Cochin Pullets?

Well, in this case, we can both be happy if you were wrong! Brownie was the one you thought was a possible cockerel at 7 weeks and I still question that one sometimes.... Although she has a small comb and the chest feathers did lighten, she still has a leaner body and less floof than the...
