should I add a little bit of syringe feeding too? Like yogurt or add some lightly scrambled eggs to her diet to beef her up a bit? I’ll be more diligent about checking the crop. I only checked once today.

Here’s two photos of her and a comparison with her sisters. I plan to go to TSC here soon. What kind of dewormer should I get? I haven’t been weighing her but I’ll try.

My sweet Starcrunch with a parrot beak is soooo small. It doesn’t seem like she’s growing to the right size. She’s a Green Queen. Her Easter Egger sister and Australorp sister are 2 times bigger than her and the same age. She definitely seems hungry and eager as she constantly runs to me for...

Gender of my 9wk old chickens!

Hello! I have three different breed pullets that are 9 weeks old as of 9/15. I think I'm ready to start getting some opinions to make sure they are indeed pullets. I'm not allowed to have a Roo and I want to have plenty of time to try to rehome. I anticipate posting more photos in the future...

Out of the brooder - into the coop

They are 6 weeks old. And about 75 degrees. Everything I’ve read including who I got them from said they’d be coop ready around this age.

Out of the brooder - into the coop

This is what I’m doing but they cry so much that it’s hard to walk away. Will they eventually be okay with it???

    Hook beak & weight okay????

Yea she’s so active! She’s even competing with my EE to be the top chick! I’ll definitely check her crop and also try some wet food! Since she’s acting fine I won’t worry about it too much. But I’ll definitely keep an eye on her.

    Hook beak & weight okay????

I have 3 different breed-4 week old chicks. One has quite a hook beak. I was going to wait to file it down when she got older, but when I weighed them, she was less. She does eat albeit probably not efficiently. Is her weight alright for her breed? She I be concerned that her growth is being...
