She died after a day and a half. Held it up close to her body and hopped using her wing for balance. The leg was turned in and dangling so no joint connection, just ligaments and muscles. I am guessing she got stepped on or jumped from too high, which would have only been a couple inches.
How do I treat a one week old chick with a dislocated leg? It keeps it pulled up but it dangles when you pick the chick up. Laying on the unaffected side, occasionally trying to move around
