    pigeons pecking another pigeon

    I am new to raring pigeons and i got 4 pigeons that are kind of old enough... 3 of d pigeons are ganging up against d smallest of them pecking it on d head. I bought them from the same seller so i don't know why that is happening.... Pls i need help... Also i hear a regular sound they make...
