    I can't believe it!!

    I know to each his own, so won't even go into the butchering part:barnie.........but around here, duck eggs are considered a delicacey. I've been told they are excellent for baking. Do you have any restaurants/bakerys or farmer's markets close by? They don't go as cheaply as regular hen eggs...

    Really happy to be here:D. Chickens are my best friends! but hope to make friends in here with more chicken lovers. Got a lot to learn but willing to share what little bit I have found out through my experiences.
