I have those "faux" strawberries all over the yard. Their blossoms are yellow, so they are not a true strawberry. My chickens go gaga (frantic) over them.
I can replant peas in late summer for a fall harvest. Our first frost is usually around November 1.
But I think I will make another tall trellis, the short ones I have aren't tall enough.
Peas too tall + trellis too short + wind = this.
When my cats were inside/outside they were fascinated with my mom weeding, and come over to help. They would poke and pat at her hands as she was working.

Six days later the pumpkin and cantaloupe seeds have sprouted.
Later when I checked it again I saw another pumpkin sprout.
