Wow! Thanks everyone for your responses... I will try to answer the questions that came up. We live in Seattle. This happened in the alley behind our house...and then in our yard. A dog vs chicken question.
What would you do?? Neighbors have a visiting dog and let the kids (ages 4-7) walk the dog to the park...the kids then decide it would be fun to walk dog to our house to see our chickens.
