I have no experience, but if possible, please find a vet. The vet will likely trim the bill to prevent further tearing and administer antibiotics to prevent infections. As she seems in pain, the vet might also give pain medication.
For now, try your best to keep the bill from being further...
Posting this goose post here, too, as the duck parents might share some knowledge and experience of health cases both ducks and geese might have.
I have some photos of the goose after he passed away, but I'm still not ready to post them due to grief.

The goose was Duckling the goose, for those of you who know him. He's 6 years old. Although he had some respiratory...
Not sure if it helps, but maybe you can check this page before a vet is available: http://www.majesticwaterfowl.org/diagnostic%20chart.htm

How do her feet look? Do they look paler than usual? How about the bill? Does it look paler than usual? If so, it might be a heart issue. If it's a heart issue, it can be bacterial or non-bacterial. If possible, take her to the vet for diagnosis and treatment. Also make sure the temperature is...
Does she have other symptoms?
Gaping? Difficulty breath? Frequent head shaking? Frequent nasal cleaning? If so, depending on the pathogen (bacteria, fungi, etc.), different antibiotics might be used.

What's the temperature where she is? Goslings need higher temperatures than adult geese. Some individuals are more vulnerable to low temperature than the others.
What's the humidity where she is? It shouldn't be too humid. Too high humidity might lead to fungi infection.
What kinds of vitamins...
Then don't take them there.
Make sure the temperature is high enough for a gosling (refer to http://www.majesticwaterfowl.org/mmissue111.htm ). Some goslings get sick easily when it's too cold.
Make sure the air is dry enough (in case it's a fungal issue).
Still, always keep clean water...
If possible, take the baby to a vet. Things like Doxy-Max can help fight bacteria, but if it's fungi, you need anti-fungal kind of medicine (FYI, anti-fungal medicine can have strong side effect, so you'll probably not want to use it if it's not a fungal issue).
Sorry can't help...
