We are doing something similar, but....
With the option to switch it to hot water in the winter.
Filling a 5 gallon bucket 10x is obnoxious and I don't want to do it again next winter.
(Eta: will still have to empty and bleed, but won't have to tote)
The better question would be what I don't have in with my rirs. We've got bantams of 8 or 9 different breeds, barred rocks, Orpingtons of several colors, a cochin, a silkie and many resulting mixes.
They all get on well except our one barred rock rooster, soon to be replaced with his lavender...
We have 3 incubators, different brands that say that in their instructions.
My bedroom is never over 65. Never.
Sometimes it's as low as 40. They do fine. I leave the jumbl in its Styrofoam, but the other 2 are essentially just Styrofoam coolers 😅
