What breed are these hens/rooster?
It has been suggested that they are a cross between Australorp and Isa Brown, but I question that as I understand Isa brown hens are a hybrid (rhode island red x rhode island white)....if they were that wouldn't there be variances in colouring (some redder and maybe abit of white)? What breed are these hens/rooster?
These are my brothers recent chickens he breed from eggs. They are around 12 weeks now? I think they are a cross breed. Does anyone have any ideas? We are all wondering what they are?- Glenis
