    Agree with above! Moving causing stress itself plus short days. My new layers this year took over a month to start laying after getting them. That was during the summer too.

    Black and blue are the largest Orpington breeds. And they are rare here in America. Australoros also have white and pink bottoms if their feet.

    It’s hard but I don’t think she looks fluffy enough to be an Orpington. They are a super fluffy densely feathered bird.

    My guess would be australorp! My girls look just like her down to her grey feet

    The black one looks like a black australorp no clue on the roo but he is so pretty! And the other maby a lavender Orpington??? Or a mix it’s hard to tell.

    I do agree with above in that. If I couldn’t do it in my garage fully away from the flock, I would just call it integration not quarantine.

    Can you give them a dog house/ make shift shelter in the run? We have just thrown together a rough box with shavings in the bottom.

    You must use a brooder if you don’t have a mama. They need heat and protection at this age.

    Actually I should specify I have an EE that looks just like this. They sometimes sell them mislabeled.
