    Crop questions

Hello, My chickens have been molting for a little over a week, I saw this large lump and got worried, just to find out it was her crop. But it does look really enlarged and quite red, does anyone think it could be a sour or impacted crop? I felt it and it was semi squishy, I feel really bad...

MY CHICKENS ARE PLUCKING THEMSELVES TO DEATH

I think I have a master plan. I lock it up in a sealed Tupperware container then put it outside on my grill under my porch. So the chickens can't reach it, and the coons can't get it.

MY CHICKENS ARE PLUCKING THEMSELVES TO DEATH

Is it normal during molting for the chickens to have completely bare patches? I picked Tits up and she just freaked out and as I picked her up several feathers fell out. I checked for mites, didn't see any. She is freaking out right now and flying into our glass screen which she never does
