    I hate to say it, but the hybrids have it!

    I have golden comets(red sex links) and black sex links,they are great layers,also have EE`S they are still young(six months) but I am dissapointed in the size of there eggs,for such a big chicken there eggs are small.Hopfully as they get older the eggs will get bigger.

    Ameracaunas first egg!

    I was told mine were auracannas when I ordered them and when they were old enough I sent pictures to my poultry buddies on another forum and they told me they were EE`S some of them lay blue eggs and I have one that hers are white.I wanted the colored eggs thats why I ordered them.

    My silkie hen went broody a couple months ago and had no eggs so I got two eggs that was suppose to be fertile she sat for 27 days,I took the eggs and opened them and they were not fertile,so we took her nest and eggs amd she went on her way,she has layed 6 eggs in 6 days if I leave them there...
