I dont know how they do it, but a year and a half ago, we were catching up
our butcher roosters for butcher and one escaped. I figured if he was gutsy
enough to fight his way free, he deserved his freedom.
He got HUGE this year, didnt weigh him, but my guess is over 20 lbs.
people thought he...
I think , for me, reading this situation, that its not so much the breed of dog, ( most breeds can be taught "most"
things, at one time or another) but its the owner.
I grew up with my father having a hunting dog kennel, my grandparents raised labs, chessies, collies, poodles,
at one time or...
I had a bantam buff cochin rooster ( roy) that lived to be 8, he was in great
shape, until he met my bullmastiff puppy.
right now I have meat broiler rooster that is over a year old, he is HUGE
he escaped when we were catching for butcher last year, so we just let him be.
He is a big kind...

Bay; Shekinah Glory (Hello Darkness PR X Stefolla) Grey; GBA Penny Candy ( Penitent X Can Can)
That is so crazy, I bred a bay filly with a star, purebred arabian, named her shekinah glory.

thanks for your kind words, that one is 16x24, its a nice size to work.
I bounce back and forth between oil and acrylic, people get tired of
waiting so long for the oil to dry so it can be sealed.
there are lots of mediums that you can add to acrylic to make it
feel more "oil like" that helps...
Here is one of mine 16 x 24 acrylic on stretched canvas, I did this awhile back
and hubby wont let me sell it, so I had an order and the person wanted a
smaller version , 11 x 14, I thought...no big deal, ok....UGH WHAT A
NIGHTMARE. ive done it 3 times and just cant get things right at that...
repeat after me....
come over here little tommy, jill and janey ( of course insert your childrens names as calling them
by some other name would be awkward)
..Mr. Rooster went to freezer camp for the summer, he is running and flying and playing
with all the other roosters. Having a great time!
