    wobbly eggs

    two of my chickens have just started to lay and the first eggs were fine but now they have started laying wobbly eggs. They have access to calcuim grit in their run all the time and they peck around all day so any suggestions has to why and any solutions please.

    Lying first eggs

    thanks for that. I still have 4 more chickens waiting to start laying so was worried they were all going to be little eggs. The leghorns ladies were already laying when I got them so did not see their first eggs. Val.

    Lying first eggs

    I have some new chickens that are just staring to lay however the eggs are very small,will they get any bigger . They are not small chickens so was expecting the same size eggs as my leghorns.
