    Thank you. I blotted it with a damp paper towel to get a better look. As a precaution I moved it to its own box. later I had 2 more do the same thing, so I moved them too.This morning I realized that 3 of the six of them had the bare spots in the same locations. But others were pecking the area...

    Bare spots on wings of 10 day old chick.

    This Chick is now 10 days old. I noticed the bare spots for the first time yesterday. The bare spots are not red or bloody, just bare skin. They are in the same place on each wing. It seems healthy otherwise, eating and drinking well and playing on the perch.I watched it for a while and only one...
