    Help! Is an Amaryllis plant poisonous?

    My chickens just ate some of the leaves. There was no flower on it. Gardeners came and stuff got moved around. I just got home from work and found the flower pot in the chicken yard. I'm so upset. I hope they will be ok. Is there anything I can do or watch for? Thank you for advice.
