    Don't buy grit, they free range all day through a huge yard and garden, eating bugs, dirt, veges and as many rocks as they please lol. If I ever had to keep a chook inside for an extended period I'd bring in some soil etc for them as well, but otherwise I would be giving the sick chooks daily...

    So thrilled with her tonight. Golf ball sized crop! I'm still syringing every now and then, just to be sure she's getting all the vitamins/probiotic/acv/electrolytes she needs. I think that has made the big difference. I'm not sure what the problem is/was but I do think she's on the way up...

    She's also done these poos mid morning. 1st the mammoth one (took a few shots for different angles in case diff coloured sections indicated anything), then about 10min after, the little wetter one. Hope these help, I feel so bad making everyone look at poo :(

    Yaaaas! I'm a Pratchetteer all the way :lol: Though Granny Weatherwax and Rincewind are probably top of my list of favourite characters, I find Greebo makes for a better profile name so I usually use it when I can (when not already taken that is haha, fans everywhere!), coz Greebo is awesome ;) :D
