    Update: I tried a recommended electrolyte/chick "saver from my local IFA and s/he got better really quick (bad news for sick things). S/he ended up giving up the ghost within two days of my original post. I'm really not liking bantam chickens right now, standard size only for me :/

    Part of my fathers day festivities were picking up these hens, one of which doesn't lay due to age. I can identify 4 of the six but the two I have pictured I'm only guessing on. BTW, thank heavens I quarantined because they had lice and worms :/. Ps The white hen and the big brown girl in front.

    I do about 3 parts mash to one part pellet, it seems to stay well distributed.
